Living in the Rhythm of the Heart
We open our eyes the moment we are ready to see. There is so much to digest in this world and we have an incredible innate ability to filter, so we can focus. Are were born to see out of rose colored lenses? Do we understand the moment we took our first breath, we were destined to be great, to see the world within a perception of purpose. When we show up living life on purpose, we discover that the heart has so much to teach us. Giving and receiving is like a door opening and closing, to go in and out. Once we learn that the door swings both ways, and we are aware of the energy we exchange with the world around us, nature, ourselves and others, we begin to not only see, we feel then we know what we must do to get to the heart.
If there is one thought that resonates resistance, take a moment, take a breath and drop into the heart. Hold your hand to your heart, give yourself a moment to be present, to hold space for yourself and see what arises. Imagine stepping into your heart, feel your light within this universe. It's the journey to the heart, the most incredible destination that every path unfolds us to.
"You don't need to see the whole staircase to take the first step" Martin Luther King, Jr.
The journey to the ends of the earth is an illusion. It's not about where we can go, see and experience to satisfy the soul. This is the vehicle to experience all dimensions of our reality to the greatest destination in the universe which is the HEART.
To heal is to integrate, to make whole. To harmonize is to absorb every part of your experience and step into the opportunity to optimize or run. Have a conversation with your heart, not your head. Step into coherence, I love that term to express the mind body state, Gregg Braden and Joe Dispenza consistently embraces this science. The dance of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system in a state of harmony not stress.
Our heart beats about 72 times per minute, sending electromagnetic waves to every corner of our body, carrying blood and hormones that nourish us. Remarkably, the physical heart has its own brain and transmits more information to the brain than the brain does to the heart—only about 10% of the communication is brain to body. So, are you dancing to the beat of your own drum? Feeling from your heart space, thinking through your heart’s wisdom, living within the sanctuary of your heart? It all comes down to knowing your heart beyond the mind.
Living in survival equals living in stress. Living in surrender means living in flow.
We don’t need to rush toward the future because the present moment. Yes, this very moment, is the most malleable, full of infinite potential.
When we rest, restore, and align with the rhythm of our heart, we experience our presence in a profoundly new way. It’s a presence that pulls every part of us into the moment, grounding us fully in our being.
LOVE manifests abundance in every form. It’s an endless supply of expansion, a vortex that swells as we immerse ourselves in pure love.
But why do we sometimes close our hearts? It’s a question worth asking ourselves. Often, we don’t even realize we do. Our subconscious mind may carry pain or fear, which closes our hearts, blinding us to the beauty and possibility of the world around us.
When the heart is open, we are awake.
Sipping a cup of cacao is like drinking nature’s medicine from Mother Earth, nurturing our bodies and syncing us with the rhythm of our hearts. As we journey inward to connect with the heart’s wisdom, cacao gently opens the door to our deepest emotions, inviting love and clarity to flow freely, guiding us to live with intention and presence in every moment.
There is so much beauty in that.
